Yes. Our IUEC trained mechanics service equipment from all major manufacturers, Otis, TK Elevator (formerly ThyssenKrupp), KONE, Schindler, Mitsubishi, and others. We work on hydraulic, traction (geared and gearless), MRL, and freight elevators of every age and configuration.
Honest answer: we can't give you a real number without seeing the equipment. Every repair is genuinely different, and a bad estimate helps nobody. Site surveys and written proposals are free. After the survey, we'll send a written proposal within 24 hours covering scope, parts, schedule, and pricing. You decide from there.

Every repair we perform is completed to current safety codes and manufacturer specifications. We track inspection windows in the jurisdictions we serve and document the work for your records, so when the inspector arrives, you're ready.
Some repairs are. The scope of what's covered depends on your specific contract. MODPROS maintenance contracts are transparent about what's included vs. what is a separate billable repair, we don't surprise you with invoices for things you thought were covered.
Great question. One of the most common we get asked. MODPROS stands for Modern Professionals. Because “MOD” sounds like modernization, a lot of people assume that's all we do, but we're a full service elevator company. Repairs are one of our four core service lines, alongside maintenance, modernization, and new installations.
