Michael Fray
Michael Fray
Founder and CEO

Michael Fray, Founder and CEO of MODPROS Elevator Inc., brings nearly 35 years of experience in the vertical transportation industry, including leadership roles with two of the world’s largest elevator companies. During his career with Otis, he held positions in finance, process improvement, and sales management, developing extensive expertise in business operations, strategic growth, and customer focused solutions.

Michael later served as Modernization Manager for ThyssenKrupp Elevator in the Miami market, where he led both sales and operational initiatives while overseeing some of Florida’s largest and most complex elevator modernization and maintenance projects through successful completion.

Recognizing the need for a more responsive and people focused approach within the industry, Michael founded MODPROS on the belief that exceptional customer experiences begin with empowered employees. Guided by a commitment to trust, accountability, technical excellence, and personalized service, he built MODPROS to deliver a higher standard of partnership and performance for every client.

Johnny La Salle
Johnny La Salle
Principal and COO

Johnny La Salle, Principal and COO, has been instrumental in building MODPROS’ field structure and operations from the ground up. With nearly 35 years of industry experience, Johnny has led field operations overseeing more than 6,000 units and multimillion dollar portfolios across Florida and New York with ThyssenKrupp. He also gained valuable operational experience at Otis before helping build the MODPROS team.

Johnny’s in depth field and operational experience spans service, repair, modernization, and new construction, giving MODPROS a strong operational foundation and the ability to consistently exceed client expectations.

Danique Lyseight
Danique Lyseight
Principal & VP of Engagement

Danique Lyseight, Principal & VP of Engagement, brings 15 years of hospitality and customer service experience, combined with a strong background in processes and systems. With an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Danique has helped lead the development of the structures, systems, and communication processes that support MODPROS’ people first culture.

Her unique blend of technical knowledge and customer service expertise has been instrumental in creating a more proactive level of communication for both employees and clients. By helping establish systems that anticipate needs before they become issues, Danique has played a key role in shaping the MODPROS experience, one that is organized, responsive, and intentionally designed to make every client feel valued.

Danique’s influence has also helped make MODPROS a pleasant and supportive place to work. That positive internal culture encourages employees to embrace the company’s mission of creating a special client experience rarely seen in the elevator industry.

Client Relations Manager

Dwight brings more than 15 years of experience in operations and relationship management to the MODPROS team. As Client Relations Manager, he serves as the primary connection between our clients, field teams, and vendors to keep projects moving efficiently. He coordinates communication, schedules, and resources to ensure a seamless customer experience. His focus on organization and service helps deliver projects on time and with confidence.

Shara Morris
Shara Morris
Chief Marketing Officer

Shara brings more than 10 years of combined experience in graphic design, creative direction, and marketing across the edtech, investment, and food industries. She created the MODPROS logo and built the company’s brand identity from the ground up, and she develops the 360 marketing strategies that carry the MODPROS story to every client.

Justin Fray

Modernization Sales Manager

Justin leads modernization sales, helping clients identify the right elevator solutions for their properties and long term goals. He holds a degree in Political Science Pre Law from UCF with a minor in Business Administration. With more than five years of experience in sales and customer service, he is committed to building strong client relationships through honesty and responsiveness. Justin works closely with customers to guide them through every stage of the modernization process.

Bobby has more than eight years of experience in the elevator industry, specializing in sales and business development. He works closely with building owners, property managers, and developers to deliver solutions tailored to their unique needs. His market knowledge and consultative approach help clients make informed decisions about their vertical transportation systems. Bobby is dedicated to building long term partnerships based on trust and results.

Director of Human Resources & Accounting

Marina oversees the company’s human resources and accounting functions, ensuring strong financial and operational support across the organization. Her background includes medical billing, pension administration, grants management, and public sector accounting. With more than 20 years of experience managing state and federal funding programs, she brings exceptional attention to detail and accountability. Marina is passionate about supporting both the team and the clients who depend on MODPROS.

Field Operations Supervisor

Mark oversees field operations, ensuring elevator modernization, repair, and maintenance projects are completed safely and efficiently. He brings extensive experience managing complex projects, coordinating field teams, and working with customers, consultants, and contractors. His expertise includes troubleshooting challenging elevator systems, implementing safety programs, and improving operational performance. Mark’s hands on leadership helps maintain the high standards our clients expect.

Jordan Wade
Jordan Wade
Director of Operations & Business Development | North Carolina

Jordan began his career as an elevator mechanic, giving him firsthand knowledge of the industry and the challenges technicians face every day. He leads MODPROS operations and business development throughout North Carolina. Jordan is committed to creating a culture where technicians are supported, empowered, and equipped for long term success. He builds lasting client relationships through transparency, accountability, and proactive communication.
