Plans Your Board
Can Actually Use.

A good capital plan doesn't sit in a binder. It informs decisions. MODPROS reports are written for the people making the decisions: owners, boards, and managers, clear, prioritized, and budgeted.

…By far MODPROS has been the best decision we have made in selecting a vendor. Every single person we have engaged with has been professional, proficient, responsible, efficient and honest…

…They were extremely professional and did exceptional work. The technicians…and…. went above and beyond to get our modification done in a timely matter without compromising on the quality of their work. The owners were also very involved and their professionalism and communication was outstanding as well.

Frequently Asked

Capital Planning,
Answered.

Owners, condo boards, HOA boards, property managers, asset managers, and institutional facility teams. Anyone who needs to budget elevator related capital expenditures years in advance, and wants an independent, hands on assessment rather than an OEM sales pitch.
Most capital plans look out 10 years, with the first 1–3 years scoped in detail and outer years projected at a higher level. We can extend further if your reserve studies or planning horizon require it.
OEMs sell equipment. We don't. Our capital recommendations are based on what your specific building actually needs, across every brand. We're transparent about phased alternatives, not just full replacement quotes.
Reserve studies project long term replacement costs at a portfolio level. Our capital reports go deeper on the elevator equipment itself, condition by component, remaining useful life, code risk, and a sequence of recommended actions. The two complement each other.
Yes, our reports are written and structured to be presented directly to ownership groups, condo boards, and asset managers. If helpful, we can also attend a meeting to walk through the findings and answer questions.
No. The report is yours. Many of our capital planning clients have us perform some or all of the recommended work, but there's no obligation, and the recommendations would be the same either way.
Great question. One of the most common we get asked. MODPROS stands for Modern Professionals. We're a full service elevator company, capital planning is one of the services where our independence from any specific manufacturer matters most.
